三、性能及特点：
1、仪器体积小，重量轻，结构合理，性能稳定，显示直观，检测准确，操作简单方便；
2、仪器的试验过程全自动进行。当试验员设定好试验参数后，仪器将自动控制油杯开闭盖机构、电点火器、搅拌电机停起的动作。同时，自动按照标准要求对油样进行升温及检测，操作员无需干预试验。在试验完成后，仪器将自动存储试验结果。
3、仪器可以存储200个试验结果；高于200个自动清除大于200个结果之前的结果。
4、仪器采用电脑控制，做样时电脑屏幕实时显示油样温度及闪火现象，按程序自动完成检测闪点的全过程，用PID控制的加热系统，使温度测试及显示可靠准确。用温差方式检测闪点，使闪点检测值稳定可靠。
5、仪器采用进口压力传感器方式进行闪点检测，检测闪点精度高。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:
1. The instrument is small in size, light in weight, reasonable in structure, stable in performance, intuitive in display, accurate in detection, simple and convenient in operation;
2. The test process of the instrument is fully automatic. When the test parameters are set, the device will automatically control the opening and closing mechanism of the oil cup, the electric igniter, and the stopping and starting of the stirring motor. At the same time, the oil sample is automatically heated and tested in accordance with the standard requirements, and the operator does not need to intervene the test. After the test is completed, the instrument will automatically store the test results.
3. The instrument can store 200 test results; More than 200 results before automatically clearing more than 200 results.
4. The instrument is controlled by computer, and the computer screen displays the oil sample temperature and flash fire in real time during sample making. The whole process of flash point detection is completed automatically according to the program.
