★安装试样

将试件裁成约48cm长的试样，两头的滤膜各除去lcm，将试件的4只角剪成45°倒角，并小心地装入管状乳胶膜内。

把排水板连同乳胶膜通过工作容器的孔口送入容器，沿承托板从另一孔口送出，使法兰盘两端的外露长度为4cm左右。

用橡胶挚分别套住排水板的出露部分，使橡胶垫紧贴法兰盘外侧，并将乳胶膜翻转包在橡胶垫上。另两块橡胶垫分别套住排水板的剩余出露部分，使乳胶膜的翻转部分被央在橡胶垫之问。排水板的滤膜应超出橡胶垫。
