虹吸式卧式刮刀卸料离心机是在普通卧式刮刀卸料离心机的基础上，增加了虹吸功能，利用虹吸原理增加过滤推动力，透过过滤介质的滤液全部进入滤液室，滤液通过虹吸管排出转鼓，调节虹吸管吸入口位置可改变虹吸室内液面深度，以改变过滤推动力，调节过滤速度、处理能力滤饼的含湿量以及洗涤效率。

设置反冲装置，可在需要时向虹吸室内加入反冲液，洗涤液经过滤介质流向转鼓内，使过滤介质恢复过滤性能，得以再生。虹吸式卧式刮刀卸料离心机适合于生产量大、要求滤饼含湿量低并充分洗涤的场合。

The siphon horizontal scraper discharging centrifuge is based on the ordinary horizontal scraper discharging centrifuge. t adds the siphon function.The siphon principle is used to increase the flter impetus Al fltrate through the flter medium enters the filter chamber. The filtrate discharges thedrum through the siphon tube. The siphon chamber liquid can be changed by adjusting the position of the siphon suction port.
