Description
Biochem/physiol Actions Pancreatin will convert not less than 25 times its weight of potato starch into soluble carbohydrates in 5 minutes in water at 40 °C, will digest not less than 25 times its weight of casein in 60 minutes at pH7.5 at 40 °C and will release not less than 2 microequivalents of acid per min per mg pancreatin from olive oil at pH9.0 at 37 °C.
Other Notes Contains many enzymes, including amylase, trypsin, lipase, ribonuclease and protease. The National Formulary （N.F.） and the U.S. Pharmacopeia （USP） specify amylase, protease and lipase only.

 胰酶 用途与合成方法
化学性质  胰酶系自猪、羊或牛胰中提取的多种酶的混合物。为类白色或微带黄色的粉末，部分溶于水，水溶液在Ph2 ～3时稳定，在pH6以上不稳定，Ca2+的存在可增加其稳定性。部分溶于低浓度的乙醇溶液中，不溶于高浓度乙醇、丙酮和乙醚等有机溶剂中，微臭，但无霉败的臭气，有引湿性。遇酸、热及重金属、鞣酸等蛋白质沉淀剂产生沉淀，失去酶的活力。
胰酶制剂为胰酶的肠溶片，除去肠溶衣后，显白色或淡黄色。在中性或微酸性时效力，故多与碳氢钠同服。
用途  胰酶可作为助消化药；主要用于消化不良、食欲不振及由于胰腺疾病所引起的消化障碍和尿病患者的消化不良。本品多与碳酸氢钠同服，或制成肠衣片，口服时不宜咬碎，以免被胃酸破坏，忌与酸性药物配伍。尽量大时可引起腹泻。呕吐。偶有喷嚏。催泪、皮疹等过敏症状应停止用药。
用途  主要用于皮革工业、酶法脱毛，也可用于纺织印染工业
用途  用于生化研究，临床上用作助消化药，用于消化不良、食欲不振、胰腺疾病引起的消化障碍及糖尿病患者的消化不良。
用途  该品为助消化药，用于缺管胰液的消化不良症。也用于皮革工业和纺织印染，主要用于酶法脱毛。
