   1、电动阀座设外台阶与阀体内台阶相配合的结构，防止了球体与阀座发生卡阻或脱离现象。
   2、利用偏心阀体、偏心球体和阀座、阀杆作旋转运动时，在共同轨迹自动定心，关闭过程中越关越紧，*达到良好密封的目的，所以偏心半球阀密封性能安全可靠；阀门启闭时，球体与阀座*脱开。消除了密封副的磨损，克服了传统球阀阀座与球体密封面始终磨损的问题。

    执行器（或扳手）带动阀杆迫使关闭件球体绕中心A转动，球体自B点移至C点，此时相对阀门中心点0，从B到C的轨迹为一凸轮状偏心，右旋进入阀座是阀门关闭保持优良密封，该产品按凸轮原理设计，阀门关闭件从开启到关闭过程中，作用在阀座上的力逐渐增加，即关闭件表面与阀座由*脱离至接触，并逐渐增大密封比压，直至*密封，反之为开。见下图：
