Ⅰ型试块

Ⅰ型试块是一套四块电镀镍-铬层的黄铜板、电镀层的厚度分别为10um、20um、30um、50um

电镀层厚度为10um、20um、30um的试块，用于确定荧光渗透剂系列产品的灵敏度。

电镀层为30um、50um的试块，用于确定着色渗透剂系列产品的灵敏度。

Ⅰ型试块。

试块为矩形，标称尺寸，长度为(100±1)mm，宽度为(35±1)mm，厚度为(2±1)mm。

试块的基材是黄铜板，其上电镀镍和铬，电镀层总厚度分别为(10±1)um,(20±1)um,(30±1)um,(50±1)um。

试块上的人工缺陷为横向裂纹，裂纹的宽度和深度比为1:20
