◆产品说明 Product description
Q37(Q75)系列吊钩式抛(喷)丸清理机是我公司研制的一种新型设备。是在国内外广泛调研的基础上,根据用户的实际需求而设计的。
吊钩式抛丸机具有以下优点:
1. 采用大抛丸量、高抛射速度的*悬臂式离心抛丸器,能显著地提高清理率、获得满意的清理质量。
2. 模拟抛射图及抛丸机的全部图纸均*采用计算机辅助设计(CAD)绘制,抛丸器的选用及布置更为合理。
3. 采用倍受欢迎的无地坑结构形式,即节省了地坑基础的施工费用及时间,又解决了用户因地坑存水而造成的提升机内的丸砂锈蚀结块问题。
吊钩具有升降、运行和室内旋转的功能。
4. 清理室内采用高铬板防护,使用寿命大大提高,外形美观、易于更换。
自动:需抛丸处理的工件直接悬挂在吊钩或挂架上,人工带至抛丸室前部的牵引系统,吊钩自动进入抛丸室。吊钩进入抛丸室后,抛丸室门将气动关闭,电气联锁,以避免工件在抛丸室内进行抛丸处理时他人误开抛丸室门。吊钩进入抛丸室在设定的区间位置作来回往复运动和自转,使工件受到充分抛射,减少抛射死角。二个吊钩、一个吊钩在抛丸室内抛射,另一个吊钩可装卸工件。抛丸处理的时间可任意调整。抛丸器停止运转后抛丸室门打开,以带进和带出工件。抛丸处理中产生的粉尘由二级除尘器过滤排放。
