Anti-MASP抗体,甘露聚糖结合凝集素*肽酶1抗体介绍产品介绍：MASP is a component of the bactericidal ra-reactive factor rarf which specifically binds to RA and R2 polysaccharides expressed by certain enterobacteria. It triggers the activation of complement cascade by activating the C4 and C2 components. It activates the C4 component by cleaving the alpha-chain of C4. The alternative-splicing product from MASP1 gene is called MASP3. MASP1 is associated with smaller MBL oligomers whereas MASP3 is found on larger oligomers. The substrate of MASP3 is unknown.

保存条件:  Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The  lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater  than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent  of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
