Pneumatic Ultra-high Vacuum Gate Valve | | | ■ | CCQ pneumatic ultra-high vacuum gate valve uses solenoid directional valve to change the direction of air passage, and controls the actuating cylinder to drive the valve disc up and down to make the valve opened or closed.
