Fast Acting Actuator

Since the beginning of his activity Servovalve has designed Emergency Fast Acting actuators for turbines by-pass valves.

Due to this Servovalve has developed special execution for hydraulic or pneumatic actuators able to achieve emergency stroke time even < 0,15 sec complete of special features as dampers to avoid damages to valve seat or unique Servovalve design fof exhaust valves and control circuit.

In the ’80 during engineering and construction of nuclear power plants in Italy, Servovalve was one of the first company to design actuators suitable to comply with the requirements of Nuclear industry.
