该系列锅炉为自然循环单锅筒水管锅炉，TT型布置。炉膛为膜式水冷壁悬吊封闭结构，采用水冷风室和水冷布风板，床下点火。高温绝热蜗壳型旋风筒布置在炉膛出口，采用支撑结构，分离效率高（≥99%）。过热器、省煤器、空气预热器布置在尾部竖井。
