Brief introduction
Centrifugal separation technology is that separating admixture due to their different size, density and shape. It can separate blood plasma or DNA and protein from the blood and it can also separate bacillus coli from blood.
Brushless dc motor
Technique data
1) Current resource: ac220V 50HZ
2) Power: 500W
3) Rotate speed: 500-5000r/min±50r/min
4)Capacity of centrifugal tube: 8×50ml4000 r/min 28×10ml4500 r/min 4×100ml 5000 r/min
5) Relative centrifugal force: 4360xg
6) Size of outside : 420×460×320(mm)
7) Timing: 1-99min
8) Weight:
9) Noise: 65db (when at the fastest rotating speed)
Using method
1:First of all, fill the admixture into the centrifugal tubes and insert the tubes to the centrifugal hole. Remember, the admixture in each tube should be equal to keep the balance of the tubes when being centrifuged. And then switch on.
2: Press the setting button to set the size of rotor by▲▼ to increase or decrease the size.
3: Press the setting button to set the rotating speed you need by ▲▼ to increase or decrease the speed.
4:.Press the setting button to set the rotating time you need by ▲▼ to increase or decrease the time
5: Press the YES button to make sure you setting and than press ON. The instrument will start to work and it will ring automatically when it finishes work at the time you set.
Attention
1: It is forbidden that any solution filled into the centrifugal working room in order to protect the motor.
2: The shell of the instrument should be safely connected with the earth.
3: It is not permitted to open the cover when it is rotating.
4: the instrument will if there is any error in your setting.
Maintenance
If the centrifugal head is found leaning, please request the professional worker to maintain it. Open the cover to see whether the motor supporter is leaning or not. If it leans, adjust it. If any other error occurs, get in touch with our factory to order maintenance.
