保存条件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-COPG抗体,外壳蛋白COPG-γ抗体英文介绍：Membrane and vesicular trafficking in the early secretory pathway are mediated by non-clathrin COP (coat protein) I-coated vesicles. COPI-coated vesicles mediate retrograde transport from the Golgi back to the ER and intra-Golgi transport. The cytosolic precursor of the COPI coat, the heptameric coatomer complex, is composed of two subcomplexes. The first consists of the COPB, COPG, COPD and COPZ subunits (also known as b-, g-, d- and z-COP, respectively), which are distantly homologous to AP Clathrin adaptor subunits. The second consists of the COPA, b'-COP and COPE subunits (also known as a-COP, COPP and e-COP, r espectively). The COPG (g-COP) subunit of the coatomer is believed to mediate the binding to the cytoplasmic dilysine motifs of membrane proteins. COPG has the highest level of expression in mouse testis and is expressed in a parent-of-origin-specific manner in mammals.

Anti-COPG抗体,外壳蛋白COPG-γ抗体抗体溶解方法及分装：
1、购买抗体后，查看标签上的规格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、以规格为 0.1ml 的冻干粉抗体为例（部分抗体为液体，无需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加 0.1ml 双蒸水到试管内，混匀，-20℃保存，若为其它规格（如：0.2ml）的冻干粉抗体，则加与标签上规格*的（如：0.2ml）双蒸水溶解，
混匀，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（规格的 50%）双蒸水到试管内，再加 0.05ml（规格的 50%）
的甘油到试管内，混匀，-20℃保存，若为其它规格（如：0.2ml）的冻干粉抗体，则加标签上规格的 50%（如：0.1ml）双蒸水，再加
标签上规格的 50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混匀，-20℃保存。
抗体溶解后，将其分装成 5-10 支（以 0.1ml 抗体为例，20ulx5 支或 10ulx10 支）， -20℃保存，用
一支取一支，避免反复冻溶。
另：预试验可做几个梯度 1：100、1：200、1：400 稀释，如果背景高，还可再稀释，选一个zui
佳的稀释比例，再正式做，效果。
