屠宰污水主要来自于圈栏冲洗、淋洗、屠宰及其它厂房地坪冲洗、烫毛、剖解、副食加工、洗油等工序所产生的污水。

水质特点

①屠宰污水一般呈红褐色,有难闻的腥臭味,其中含有大量的血污、油脂质、毛、肉屑、骨屑、内脏杂物、未消化的食物、粪便等污物,固体悬浮物含量高。

②屠宰污水有机物含量高,可生化性好其中高浓度有机质不易降解,处理难度较大,宰污水中的营养物主要是氮、磷,其中氮主要以有机物或铵盐形式存在,而磷主要以磷酸盐的形式存在。

设计思路

根据屠宰污水特点和处理难点大体设计思路是:

(1)一级处理:排放的废水先后流经粗细两道格栅,主要去除较大悬浮物和漂浮物,防止污水提升泵等机械设备堵塞。然后流入隔油沉淀池,废水中含有泥沙等,这些可通过自然沉淀去除,沉淀的泥沙定期用污泥泵打入污泥浓缩罐。油脂则漂浮在水面,可以人工捞出回收处理。由于其废水水质水量波动较大,以确保后续处理效果和运行稳定性,在处理工艺流程中设置调节池,以均化水质水量。保证系统平稳运行。还可以通过调节池均化其本身的酸、碱度,以使废水的pH值满足后续处理工艺的要求。废水中含有的血污、油脂、油块等,通过混凝气浮得到有效的去除。

(2)二级处理:对于屠宰废水中难降解、浓度较高的CODCr、BOD5,预处理过程中不能*去除,故二级处理采用生化处理,本设计采用水解酸化-好氧生物处理技术。水解酸化池主要目的将大分子有机物分解成小分子有机物,以便在好氧过程中进一步得到去除。

(3)三级处理:好氧处理后的出水,溢流到沉淀池中,沉淀后上清水进入消毒池,沉淀池中的污泥定期用泥浆泵打入污泥浓缩罐中。

工艺流程

来自屠宰场的污水经格栅(网)去除污水中的毛、皮、浮渣和大颗粒悬浮物后自流入隔油池,屠宰污水处理流程去除大部分油脂和泥砂后进入调节池,经调节池调节水质水量后,并保证后续处理设施的正常运行。经过调节池的水经泵提升至平流式气浮沉淀一体机。先期去除水中悬浮物(ss),去除率达90%以上,出水进入一体化污水处理设备,一体化污水处理设备由(水解酸化池、二级接触氧化池、沉淀池组成),污水在水解酸化池进行酸化处理,通过厌氧菌将大分子有机物转化成低分子有机物;经水解酸化池流入接触氧化池进行生化反应后再进入沉淀池,出水经过滤消毒达标排放

应用分析

考虑屠宰污水水质特点,对比各种处理方法的优缺点,得出目前屠宰污水有效的处理技术为:以生物法为主,辅助必要的物理、化学等方法作预处理。例如以采用生物处理法为主体的二级SBR法工艺路线处理效果较好。在北方地区,尤其是经济不发达的北方地区,考虑到气温低,占地要求小,运行费用要求低等因素,深井曝气法为*方法。

厌氧生物处理成本低,但不能较好地去除氨氮,故对于出水水质要求较高的情况下,通常经过厌氧处理后,还需进行好氧处理或采用化学法去除氨氮才能达到水质排放要求。好氧法不仅可以获得很高的CODcr去除率,而且还可以去除氮、磷,但成本很高,所以对于高浓度屠宰污水,通常首先经厌氧生物法处理,然后使用好氧法处理,综合使用厌氧和好氧生物法的优点,可以获得高CODcr去除率,同时去除氮、磷,还降低成本。

采用生物法处理屠宰污水可考虑回收利用问题。活性污泥经过一定处理后,可作为动物饲料用[24],还可回收屠宰污水中的蛋白质和脂肪,产品可用作动物饲料,还可以生产沼气和无害肥。达到开发能源,变废为宝,又促进农业养殖业发展的目的,是一项具有生态平衡良性循环的可持续发展工程。屠宰污水的治理经验对于城市和养殖业粪便污染的治理有着较好的参考价值。

设备原理

由于屠宰污水中含有一定量的大块漂浮物(血污、毛皮、杂物 染物等),因此先用格栅予以拦截下来,以保证后续设备的正常运行,因为屠宰污水中含有血污、油脂等大分子有机物存在,直接进入好氧将很难降解,因此格栅出水进入化粪池。屠宰场现有化粪池能够起到一定的处理效果,但现有出水浓度依然很高并且夹带部分油脂,为了减轻后续处理设施的负荷,因此考虑在前端加一座隔油池以去除油脂。屠宰场因为工作时间的因素,它的排水周期跟其它污水排放周期不同,它主要集中在夜间排放,因此必须设置一个较大的调节池来调节水质水量以保证整套设施的正常运行,减轻对后续设施带来的冲击负荷,污水经调节池收集然后通过泵泵入后续处理设施。污水经过前端化粪池处理后,污水中依然含有大部分大分子有机污染物,因此需要进一步对其降解为小分子物质,为后续好氧生化做准备,并且考虑到污水中氨氮和总磷的超标,因此必须设施好氧-缺氧的交替运行环境来达到硝化-反硝化的交替运行来达到脱氮除磷的效果,此处通过设置水解酸化池将后续好氧处理出水部分回流至水解酸化池来实现。污水经过水解酸化池后进入好氧池,此处将好氧池分为两段,它的好处在于在不同的好氧段,微生物根据环境不同而呈现空间的分布,具备针对性,有着更好的去除效果。污水经过前端各个生化处理设施处理后,有机污染负荷很大程度得到降解。但污水中色度依然难以达标,为了对色度的去除,并同时考虑对COD的降低和氨氮及总磷的降低,因此此处设置混凝沉淀池并且投加针对性的药剂。沉淀池出水,进入消毒池,然后zui终达标排放。

适用范围

适用于中小型宰鸡、宰猪、宰鸭以及宰牛、宰羊等各种屠宰肉联企业,肉制品加工场。

工艺优点

The water quality characteristics

Design ideas

The process flow

The use of biological method to treat slaughtering wastewater can be considered for recycling. Activated sludge after a certain processing, can be used as animal feed [24], protein and fat in slaughter wastewater is recycled, the product can be used as animal feed, can also produce methane and harmless fertilizer. It is a sustainable development project with ecological balance and virtuous cycle to reach the goal of developing energy, turning waste into treasure and promoting the development of agricultural aquaculture industry. The management experience of slaughtering wastewater has good reference value for the treatment of fecal pollution of city and breeding industry. 
Principle of equipment
