炊具平面耐磨试验机/炊具平面涂层耐磨测试仪/炊具耐磨测试机

1.依据BS 7069及CMA相关标准设计，主要应用于认证机构，炊具公司实验室试验产品使用。

2．使用220V电压,50HZ,使用可调速电动马达。

3．用于不沾锅涂层耐磨损试验。

4．使用方法将锅用夹具锁紧。锅的底面应与电炉表面*接触，装上百洁布的工作组件与不沾锅内涂层表面平行，并以自身重力下压使其*接触，并在锅内放一定量的测试液（根据各标准而定）。

5．工作台以一定的距离来回带动锅与百洁布摩擦（根据各标准而定），以达到试验不沾锅涂层耐磨程度目的。

6．测试周期0-9999次。

2. Use 220V voltage, 50HZ, with adjustable speed motor.

3. Used for non-wear test of non-stick coating.

4. Lock the pot with clamping method. Pot bottom should certainly contact surface of the furnace, and work with hundreds of microfiber cloth components with non-stick pan coating surface parallel to and by its own gravity press to make it fully contact, and in the pot to put a certain amount of test solution (according to the standard).

5. The table will drive the pan and the baijie friction (according to each standard) at a certain distance to achieve the purpose of testing the wear-resisting degree of non-stick coating.

6. Test cycle 0-9999 times.
