SR柔性填料因其用途广泛，所以通常也被称为嵌缝密封胶、GB-CL柔性填料、GB-SR嵌缝胶、弹性腻子密封胶、止水腻子 、SW嵌缝胶等，柔性填料具有优良的*性、高塑性、耐热性、耐寒性、耐老化性，还具有操作简便，无毒无味，耐水、粘附性能好等特点，且施工投入的人员相对较少，便于加工成型，施工工艺简单，造价低廉。柔性填料的zui大特点是具有优异的变形性和流动性，在水压力作用下可以流动，挤入缝中起到止水作用，抗渗性能优异，能对孔隙、缝隙起到封闭止水作用。SR柔性填料还具有良好的黏接性能，与混凝土的黏接强度大于材料自身的拉伸强度，可确保在各种工况下黏接界面不发生破坏。同时，SR柔性填料还具有优良的耐介质性，即耐水、耐碱盐浸泡，对环境具有很强的适用性，耐冻融循环，并具有一定的耐寒性和耐高温性。SR柔性填料可根据需要加工成各种形状及断面尺寸的型材，便于施工。

SR柔性填料嵌填步骤：

（1）用棉纱将街粘贴SR柔性填料的混凝土甚而擦试一遍，除去表面的浮土和浮水并晾干。

（2）在混凝土表面涂刷*道底胶，待*干透后，涂刷第二道底胶，并干透。

（3）在V型槽底部粘贴一层SR柔性填料，利用材料的黏性将PVC橡胶棒固定在缝槽底部。

（4）将SR柔性填料用细钢丝切割成2CM左右薄片后，摊铺在待粘贴SR柔性填料的混凝土表面，用木条或手将材料薄片从V型槽中部向 两侧粘贴，在混凝土表面形成厚约3-5CM的SR材料找平层。

（5）将SR柔性填料切割成条状后，堆放在缝槽表面，手工对材料整形至设计外形尺寸。

（6）SR柔性填料充满预留槽并满足设计要求的尺寸，SR材料断面尺寸允许偏差为正负10mm.

(7)SR柔性填料嵌填完成后，按照混凝土单元划分进行分段，用模具检查其几何尺寸是否符合要求，按照每100米取一检验段，将SR鼓包切开检测SR柔性填料与混凝土基面是否黏结牢固，填料是否充填密实，如存在尺寸不符合要求或者黏结质量较差部分，则应返工处理。
