移动滤筒式简易经济型烟尘净化器可配置一根吸气臂，针对金属焊接及工业生产中产生的有害气体及粉尘净化使用。吸气臂可任意方向移动，根据功率大小不同，吸气罩离焊接点距离也不同。净化器下方4个橡胶万向轮可使该设备在车间复杂的地面上移动方便。烟尘净化器是结合原有的净化器基础上改进的一款经济简易型，设备轻巧灵活，操作方便，结构紧凑，占地面积小，具有自动清灰功能，可广泛应用于化工、电子、金属加工、制药、食品加工、汽车等行业。

工作原理

在工业生产或其它金属焊接及加工过程中会产生多种有毒有害气体及粉尘，滤筒式净化器采用高效PTFE覆膜滤筒，针对多种工况产生的有害气体及有毒烟雾净化处理。通过风机引力作用，污染物经万向吸尘罩吸入设备进风口，进入净化室内的颗粒粉尘被阻拦在滤筒上，附着在滤筒上面的粉尘通过A型脉冲清灰系统击落，沉淀到积灰盒，从而达到净化作用，净化后的空气可直接室内循环排放。
