打磨设备采用1.2mm厚镀锌板翻边、组合式装配结构，外形美观，经济耐用，更便于运输与组装。滤筒采用直接有卡盘卡在多孔板上，便于用户检修和更换滤筒，使滤筒不易磨损而且有助于清灰;滤料根据用户的实际需要选择。
本设备采用负压式设计，即含尘气体由进风口进入下箱体，通过滤筒进行过滤，由于滤筒的各种效应作用将粉尘、气体分离开。粉尘被吸附在滤筒上而气体穿过滤桶由文氏管进入上箱体，净化后的空气可以直接通过除尘器的回风口排出，完成整个系统的循环。含尘气体通过滤筒净化的过程中，随着时间的增加，积聚在滤筒上的粉尘越来越多，因而使滤筒的阻力逐渐增加，通过滤筒的气体量逐渐减少，为了使除尘器能正常工作，设备安装了脉冲自控清理装置，是由脉冲控制仪发出指令按顺序触发每个控制阀，开启脉冲阀，使气包内的压缩
空气由喷吹管经各孔文氏管喷射到各对应的滤筒内，滤筒在气流瞬间反向作用下急剧膨胀，使积在滤筒表面的粉尘脱落，滤筒得到再生，被清掉粉尘的粉尘落入灰斗。灰斗采用推拉式结构，清灰过程快捷方便。上部设 有卸灰板，保证灰尘全部集中到灰斗。

The dust is ad-sorbed on the filter cartr idge, and the gas passes through the venturi into the upper tank, and the purified air can be directly di schargedthrough the return air outlet of the dust collector to complete the circulation of the entire system. During the purification process ofthe dust-containing gas through the filter cartridge, as the time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter cartridge, so
that the resistance of the filter cartridge is gradually increased, and the amount of gas passing through the filter cartridge is graduallyreduced, in order to remove dust. The device can work normally, and the device is equipped with a pulse self-control cleaning device, whichis triggered by the pulse controller to sequentially trigger each control valve, and open the pulse valve to compress the air bag.
