振弦测缝计的原理是利用振弦的振动频率与张力之间的关系，通过测量振弦的振动频率来推算结构的变形量。当结构发生变形时，测缝计中的振弦会随之变形，导致其振动频率发生变化，通过测量这种变化即可确定结构的变形量。
