人结肠癌细胞HCT116 是1979年BrattainM等分离建立的3株恶性细胞之一；产生CEA、角蛋白。在半固体琼脂糖培养基中形成克隆。HCT116在无胸腺的裸鼠有致瘤性，形成上皮样的肿瘤。
