美国FLOWLINE LG10 LG-1 LG11导波雷达料位计是依据时域反射原理(TDR Time Domain Reflectometry)为基础的雷达料位计,时域反射原理首先是用于通讯电缆的故障检测,今天我们将其成功应用于工业测量,电磁脉冲以光速沿钢缆或探棒传播,当遇到被测介质表面时,部分脉冲被反射形成回波并沿相同路径返回到脉冲发射装置,发射装置与被测介质表面的距离同脉冲在其间的传播时间成正比,回波的极性和振幅取决于上层介质与下层介质的介电常数εr。一般来讲,上层的介质通常为气体,其介电常数接近εr1.0,下层被测介质的介电常数较高。 调频连续波雷达料位计是依据调频连续波原理(FMCW Frequency Modulated ContinuousWave)为基础的雷达料位计,这区别于脉冲式雷达,并因其*的性能而广泛应用于工业领域。使用线性调频高频信号,发射频率随一定时间间隔(扫描频率)线性增加,频率范围为8.5G~9.9G,波长约为3cm。由于发射频率是随着信号传播的时间变化的,与反射物体距离成比例的低频信号频率f是由当前发射频率与接收的反射频率的差值获得的。雷达料位计适用于酸碱储罐、浆料储罐、固体颗粒、小型储油罐。各类导电、非导电介质、腐蚀性介质。如煤仓、灰仓、油罐、酸罐等雷达料位计的优点
