精确度等级:2.5。

一般压力表属于就地指示型压力表,就地显示压力的大小,不带远程传送显示、调节功能。在工业过
程控制与技术测量过程中,由于一般压力表的弹性敏感元件具有很高的机械强度以及生产方便、安装简单
读数方便等特性,使得一般压力表得到越来越广泛的应用。
工作原理:
压力表通过表内的敏感元件--波登管的弹性形变,经由表内机芯的转换机构将波登管的弹性形变转
换为旋转运动,引起指针偏转来显示压力。
波登管分为C型管、盘簧管、螺旋管等型式。一般采用冷作硬化型材料(常用材料是铜合金),在退
火状态下具有很高的可塑性,经冷作加工硬化及定性处理后获得很高的弹性和强度。
C型波登管敏感元件截面显椭圆形,测量介质的压力作用在波登管的内侧,这样波登管椭圆截面会趋
于圆形截面。由于波登管微小变形,形成一定的环应力。此环应力会使波登管向外延伸。由于弹性波登管
头部没有固定,其就会产生小小变形。

注:未指明时,正常工作位置系指垂直安装;
5)温度影响:不大于0.4%/10℃(使用温度偏离20±5℃);
6)执行标准:GB/T1226-2017。

使用注意事项:
1)工作压力使用全量程的1/3~2/3为宜,使用范围不得超过满刻度的3/4。
2)检定周期一般不超过半年,测压部位介质波动大,使用频繁,准确度要求较高,以及对安全因素要求
较严的,可按具体情况将检定周期适当缩短。

3)工作环境应无腐蚀性气体。

Generally, pressure gauges belong to local indication type pressure gauges, which display the magnitude of pressure locally and do not have remote transmission display or adjustment functions. In the process of industrial process control and technical measurement, due to the high mechanical strength, easy production, simple installation, and convenient reading of the elastic sensitive components of general pressure gauges, they have been increasingly widely used.

working principle:

The pressure gauge converts the elastic deformation of the Bourdon tube, a sensitive element inside the gauge, into rotational motion through the conversion mechanism of the movement inside the gauge, causing the pointer to deflect to display pressure.

Bourdon tubes are divided into C-shaped tubes, reed tubes, spiral tubes, and other types. Generally, cold work hardening materials (commonly copper alloys) are used, which have high plasticity in the annealed state. After cold work hardening and qualitative treatment, high elasticity and strength are obtained.

The cross-section of the C-type Bourdon tube sensitive element appears elliptical, and the pressure of the measuring medium acts on the inner side of the Bourdon tube, causing the elliptical cross-section of the Bourdon tube to tend towards a circular cross-section. Due to the slight deformation of the Boden tube, a certain amount of ring stress is formed. This ring stress will cause the Bourdon tube to extend outward. Due to the lack of fixation at the head of the elastic Boden tube, it will undergo slight deformation.

5) Reference working conditions

Under the following conditions, the basic error, backlash, tap displacement, and pointer deflection stability of the instrument shall comply with the relevant provisions of this standard.

a) The ambient temperature is 20 ℃± 5 ;

b) The instrument is in its normal working position;

c) The load changes uniformly.

Note: When not specified, the normal working position refers to vertical installation;

5) Temperature impact: not greater than 0.4%/10 (deviation from operating temperature of 20 ± 5 );

6) Execution standard: GB/T1226-2017.

Precautions for use:

1) It is advisable to use 1/3 to 2/3 of the full range for work pressure, and the maximum range of use should not exceed 3/4 of the full scale.

2) The calibration cycle generally does not exceed six months. For pressure measuring parts with large fluctuations in the medium, frequent use, high accuracy requirements, and strict safety factors, the calibration cycle can be appropriately shortened according to specific circumstances.

3) The working environment should be free of corrosive gases.
