一、设备概述

LSA-E84单槽式超声波清洗机,清洗的原理是:超声波发生器将工频电能转变成28KHz的高频电信号,通过高频电缆输送到超声波换能器上,换能器被加上高频电压后,产生强有力的超声振动,在液体中迅速传播,作用于超声波清洗槽内液体介质中,产生每秒2.8万次的振动,从而将工件附着的污垢震落,达到清洗目的。
该设备由PLC触摸屏集成控制,具有清洗漂洗功能,定时,液位保护,障碍报警等功能。

四、操作指南

1.首先在超声槽体内放水,一般离槽沿30cm(或根据客户自身需要),设备内部安装有液位探测器,无水或水位低于该探测器,红灯亮起讯响报警15秒。
2.打开设备总电源,在机器左侧。

3.如紧急停止按钮在拍下状态,则拔起。
然后选择下方的自动或手动工作开关。


4.在参数设定画面根据实际情况进行设定,以下介绍自动工作设定。

 
①点击功率设定1,框内输入数值,即超声功率,值为3000w。
②点击功率设定2,框内输入数值,即超声功率,值为3000w
③点击温度设定按钮,在框内输入数值,即加热温度。
④点击超声时间设定,框内输入数值,单位是秒。
⑤点击鼓泡时间设定,框内输入数值,单位是秒。
⑥点击工作次数设定,超声波清洗工作一次,鼓泡漂洗工作一次,两项加起为一个单位。
所有设定完毕后,点击工作画面。

按启动按钮后,设备进入自动工作状态。到达的工作时间,讯响发出嘀嘀声,黄灯亮起15秒提醒。
5.在参数设定画面根据实际情况进行设定,以下介绍手动工作设定。
将开关拨到手动状态。

                    
①点击功率设定1,框内输入数值,即超声功率,值为3000w。
②点击功率设定2,框内输入数值,即超声功率,值为3000w
③点击温度设定按钮,在框内输入数值,即加热温度。
④点击超声时间设定,框内输入数值,单位是秒。
⑤点击鼓泡时间设定,框内输入数值,单位是秒。
⑥点击工作次数设定,超声波清洗工作一次,鼓泡漂洗工作一次,两项加起为一个单位。
所有设定完毕后,点击工作画面。


根据客户要求,可按超声1,超声2,设备进入手动工作状态。待超声到达的工作时间,讯响发出嘀嘀声,黄灯亮起15秒提醒。再按手动鼓泡,此时鼓泡漂洗开启,待鼓泡程序到达设定时间后,讯响发出嘀嘀声,黄灯亮起15秒提醒。

注意:超声和鼓泡按键不要同时按下。

Ⅰ.Equipment Overview
The principle of cleaning for LSA-E84 ultrasonic cleaner: The ultrasonic generator converts the power frequency electric energy to high frequency electric signal of 25KHz, and transmit it to the ultrasonic transducer by high frequency cable.  After applied with high frequency voltage, the transducer generates powerful ultrasonic vibration, which broadcasts quickly in the fluid, and acts on the liquid medium of the ultrasonic rinse tank, and generates the vibration of 25 thousand times/second, to shake off the dirt attached on the work piece and device, to achieve the cleaning purpose.
The device is controlled by PLC touch screen integrated. The device has multiple functions like wash and rinse, timing, liquid level protection, obstruction alarm and so on.

Ⅳ. Operation Instruction
Step one: add water into the Ultrasonic tank, usually 30 cm far from the edge (or adjust by demand).There’s a level measurement probe installed on the equipment. If there’s no water in the tank or the water level is lower than the level measurement probe, the red light will light up along with the alarm for 15 seconds.
Step two: open the main power which is on the left of the equipment.



Step three: pull up the emergency stop button, and then choose the switch of working automatically or manually below.


Step four: according to actual condition to set the parameter settings screen, below is the introduction of automatic work setting.


①Click on ‘power setting 1’, enter the numerical value which is ultrasonic power. The maximum is 3000 w. 
②Click on ‘power setting 2’, enter the numerical value which is ultrasonic power. The maximum is 3000 w.
③Click on ‘temperature setting’, enter the numerical value which is the temperature for heating.
④Click on ‘ultrasonic time setting’, enter the numerical value. The unit is second.
⑤Click on ‘bubble time setting’, enter the numerical value. The unit is second.
⑥Click on ‘work frequency setting’, if the numerical value is one, then the ultrasonic cleaning will work one time and bubble rinse will work one time. 
After done all the settings, click on ‘working menu’.
                   


After press the start button, the machine will start to work. The yellow light will light up along with the alarm for 15 seconds means the machine has finished the cleaning.

Step five: according to different demand
to set the parameter screen.
Below is the introduction of manual 
work setting


①Click on ‘power setting 1’, enter the numerical value which is ultrasonic power. The maximum is 3000 w.

②Click on ‘power setting 2’, enter the numerical value which is ultrasonic power. The maximum is 3000 w.
③Click on ‘temperature setting’, enter the numerical value which is the temperature for heating.
④Click on ‘ultrasonic time setting’, enter the numerical value. The unit is second.
⑤Click on ‘bubble time setting’, enter the numerical value. The unit is second.
⑥Click on ‘work frequency setting’, if the numerical value is one, then the ultrasonic cleaning will work one time and bubble rinse will work one time. 
After done all the settings, click on ‘working menu’.

Click on ‘ultrasonic 1’ and ‘ultrasonic 2’ according to the actual demand. And then the machine will start to work. The yellow light will light up along with the alarm for 15 seconds means finished. Click on ‘bubble’ and bubble rinse will start to work, after the cleaning is finished, the yellow light will light up along with the alarm for 15 seconds.

Warning: Do not press ‘ultrasonic’ button and ‘bubble’ button in the same time.


Ⅴ. Performance features
1. There is PLC touch screen on the operation panel, and with the multiple and adjustable functions, more humanized and easy operation.
2. The operation process can be automatically controlled. The complete system includes ultrasonic cleaning, bubble rinse, heating and timing. Timing of all the above functions can be adjusted by demand. 
2. The equipment takes fully consideration of the human body engineering. It ensure the safety and comfort of all the operators. 
3. Large ultrasonic intensity and ultrasonic density; the ultrasonic driving form is applicable to cleaning of difficult cleaned products such as greasy dirt and paraffins, which is widely utilized in machinery industry.
4. The ultrasonic controller adopts unique frequency sweep driving circuit, all the blind spots can be eliminated. There will be no signal disturbing or different frequency in resonance phenomenon.
5. The equipment has functions of soft start and stop, which prolong the workinglife.
6. It is designed with overvoltage, over-temperature and over-current protection circuit, safe and reliable.
7. The bubbles generated in the liquid during cleaning are very uniform, and the cleaning effectiveness of the work pieces will be uniform.
8. The pipes installed inside of the equipment are tidy and orderly. Parts like valve are convenient to be maintained or changed.
9. The equipment installed with liquid level alarm, in the condition of no water or the water level is lower than the standard, the alarm will be triggered while heating the pipes.
10. An emergency stop button was installed on the right of the equipment. Press the button quickly to stop the machine if there’s any emergency situation.
