工作原理
鼎岳*是运用“PSA”变压吸附原理分离空气的技术产品。经空气纯化干燥机净化处理的压缩空气进入吸附塔底部,塔内装填有在一定压力下对氮气有较强吸附能力的沸石分子筛,当空气通过沸石分子筛吸附床时,氮气被吸附,而氧气则在塔体顶部得到富集,在经过除异味、除尘和除菌过滤器,获得合格的科研氧气。整个吸附过程,无化学反应,对环境无污染。
*系统设置两个吸附塔,一塔吸附产氧,一塔脱附再生,循环交替,连续生产氧气。
