1、产品性能Product performance

本产品化学稳定性好，抗酸碱干扰性强，不易水解，使用安全可靠，无毒无污染。分子结构中含有羟基、羧基、膦酸基，与传统有机膦比较，有较高的阻垢分散效果。本品能提高锌离子的溶解度，具有*的碳钢缓蚀作用。HPAA缓蚀性能比HEDP、EDTMP高5～8倍，常用来作为碳钢材质的缓蚀剂。HPAA与低分子量的聚合物一起组成的有机缓蚀阻垢剂性能优良。

HPAA is chemically stable, hard to be destroyed by acid or alkali, hard to be hydrolyzed, safety in use, no toxicity, no pollution. With hydroxyl, carboxyl and phosphonyl in molecular structure, it has better effect of anti-scale and dispersion than traditional organic phosphorus. HPAA can improve zinc solubility and has very strong corrosion inhibition on carbon steel. Its corrosion inhibition ability is 5-8 times better than that of HEDP and EDTMP, hence it is often taken as corrosion inhibitor on carbon steel materials. When built with low molecular polymers, its corrosion inhibition effect is even better.

3、应用浓度与使用方法 Application concentration and method

HPAA主要用做金属的阴极缓蚀剂，广泛用于钢铁、石化、电力、医药等行业的循环冷却水系统的缓蚀阻垢，一般使用浓度为适合用作我国南方低硬度、易腐蚀水质的缓蚀剂，HPAA与锌盐复配效果更佳。

HPAA is mainly used as cathode corrosion inhibitor in oilfield refill water system in fields such as steel & iron, petrochemical, power plant and medical industries. The normal concentration is to suit the water in low hardness and corrosive quality of Southern part of china. When built with zinc salt, the effect is even better.

4、包装与贮存 Packing and storage

HPAA用塑料桶包装，每桶30kg或250kg。贮于室内阴凉处，贮存期为十四个月。Pack in 30kg or 250kg plastic drum. Be stored for 14 months in room shady place.

5、安全与防护 Safety and Protection
本产品为酸性液体，应避免与皮肤、眼睛等接触，一旦溅到身上，应立即用大量清水冲洗。
