脑型肌酸激酶(CKB)ELISA试剂盒要提高阳性值，先要确定两种酶标二抗使用的是不是同一批包被的板，因为虽然是相同的抗原，可能两次包被不一样。如果是同一批板，出现阳性值不高的这种情况，只能说明酶标二抗失活了，要买新的二抗，一定要按说明书上的稀释倍数稀释，如果阴性对照有颜色很可能是没有封闭好。

脑型肌酸激酶(CKB)ELISA试剂盒试剂实验测定我司有办法：
一、定性测定
(1)阳性判定值法(cut-off value，CO值)：一般为阴性对照的平均A值加一个常数，试剂制备严格标准化，要先计算出阳性对照A值平均数和阴性对照A值平均数。标本A值≥CO值即为阳性。
(2)抑制率法：在竞争抑制法中结果可用抑制率表示。
抑制率(％)＝(A阴性对照A- A待测)／阴性对照X100％,一般以抑制率≥50％为阳性
二、半定量测定  
结果一般以滴度表示。将标本连续稀释后，进行ELISA检测，在阳性临界值以上的zui高稀释度即为该标本的“滴度”。
三、定量测定  
即用己知量的标准品作一系列稀释后进行ELISA测定，与待测标本同时进行测定，绘制标准曲线，结果以量或活性单位表示。
