How it work:
Under the suction negative pressure of the power plant, the RH/KL type inlet filter sucks in the surrounding ambient air. When the air passes through the first, second, and third stage (if four stages are required) filter elements, a portion of the coarse dust particles in the airflow are intercepted by the first and second stage filter elements under the action of gravity and inertia force. Fine and low density dust particles are intercepted by the third and fourth stage filter elements on the surface of the filter material through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and fiber interception, The purified gas enters the purification chamber and is then sent out to the power unit through the outlet duct.

Generally, the primary G3-G4 coarse efficiency filter element is used, the secondary M5-M6 medium efficiency filter bag is used, and the tertiary H10-H12 high-efficiency filter element is used. It is suitable for coastal areas with high dust content and humid and foggy conditions, and multiple design methods achieve desalination function. The filter material can be stainless steel or carbon structural steel with paint spraying.

Note: Medium efficiency filter bags can be selected from two materials: chemical fiber and glass fiber. Chemical fiber filter bags are more environmentally friendly. Glass fiber filter bags have excellent moisture resistance. The high-efficiency filter element can be equipped with 4V or 5V structures, and can also be equipped with partition high-efficiency filter elements.
Application:
1. Suitable for coastal humid, heavy rain, and foggy environments, various air separation and compression high-speed centrifugal compressors for inlet filtration.
2. Diesel generator set, small gas turbine.
3. Especially suitable for intake filtration devices under working conditions such as offshore platforms.
