汽车/电器回收生产线:

　　本生产线主要用于报废汽车,报废冰箱,报废电动机定子等难以处理报废物料的回收,本生产线对待回料采破碎,粉碎,分选三道工序来进行处理.本生产线由输送、破碎、粉碎、分选、集尘、控制等六大部份给成。
破碎部分：采用本厂SM1000对滚式智能破碎机。本机具有噪音小、扭距大，破碎能力强*耐用，对待破料形状不限等特点。
粉碎部分：采用本厂DP系列粉碎机,对经破后的物料进行粉碎.本机刀片优化几何设计及*的热处理工艺,能粉硬度较高物质,*本身磨损小.*液压推动压迫式粉碎技术.
分选部分:分选部份采用本厂新开发的滚筒式磁器进行分选,本磁先选具有分选能力强,选别范围大等.全线采用PLC智能控制,具有自动检测过载,自动停车等人性化功能.操着安全,简便.
