BLD-JRNM25往复式涂层耐磨测试机
1.依据BS7069 及NF D21-511相关标准设计，主要应用于认证机构，炊具公司实验室试验产品使用。
2.使用220V电压，50HZ,使用调速电动马达
3.用于不沾锅涂层耐磨损试验
4.使用方法交用夹具锁紧，锅的底面应与电炉表面*接触，装上百洁布的工作组件与不沾锅内涂层表面平行，并以自身重力下压使其*接触，并在锅内放一定量的测试液（根据各标准而定）
5.工作台以一定的距离来回带动锅与百洁布摩擦（根据各标准而定），以达到试验不沾锅涂层耐磨程度目的。
6.测试周期0-9999次，预设测试周期到后机器自动停止并报警。
7.以上试验方法以客户使用标准而自定或由我司提供试验方法。

Usage/fixture for locking, pot bottom should certainly contact surface of the furnace, and work with hundreds of microfiber cloth components with non-stick pan coating surface parallel to and by its own gravity press to make it fully contact, and in the pot to put a certain amount of test solution (according to the standard)
5. Table at a certain distance to drive back and forth pot with microfiber cloth friction (according to the standard), in order to achieve test non-stick pan coating wear-resisting degree.
6. 0-9999 test cycle time, the preset test cycle after the machine stop and alarm automatically.
