      iHeir-JP是广州艾浩尔防霉抗菌科技有限公司研制出来的一种高效、环保防霉杀菌剂。可将本产品混合进木制品预浸水的工作液当中，防止霉菌在竹木制品中的滋生，抑杀木制品深层的霉菌孢子，并在产品表面形成一层保护层，阻止霉菌的滋生，达到*防霉防腐的目的。木材处理后表面无沉淀物，色泽均匀，经广州iHeir-JP竹木防霉剂处理后的木材，可保持280天到一年内即使潮湿都不会发霉。

   iHeir - JP  （Bamboo /wood Anti-mold Agent), a high efficiency and environmental mildew fungicide, is developed by Guangzhou iHeir  Mildew antibacterial technology Co., LTD. This product can be mixed into  the working liquid flooding for the wood, so as to prevent the bamboo and wood products from mildewing. It can also kill the mildew of the deep layer of wood mold spores, and form a protective layer on the surface of the product which prevent mold growth, so as to achieve the goal of long-term mildew corrosion.The surface of wood has no sediment, and its color is uniform after soaking with iHeir - JP (Bamboo /wood Anti-mold Agent) . Even in the wet environment ,iHeir-JP will keep your product away from mold from 280 days to one year.

使用方法

1. 为保证竹、木、藤、草及其制品处理后的防霉防虫效果，用iHeir-JP药水浸渍应使竹、木、藤、草及其制品在浸渍后增重15%-20%（大约5—10分钟）。

1. In order to reach mould-proof and insect-resistant effects for bamboo, wood, rattan, grass and its products, put iHeir-JP into bamboo, wood, rattan, and grass, and the weight will be gained at 15% to 20% after dipping (about 5-10 minutes).

2. 竹、木、藤、草及其制品全部浸入配好的药水中（勿露出水面），达到增重15%-20%后，取出滴干药水，风干或晒干后包装入库。

Put bamboo, wood, rattan, grass and all related products into good potions (not above water), gained 15% - 20%. After taking out and drip-drying, dry either in the air or under the sun, and then pack into the warehouse.

3. 本产品制备的药水性质稳定，可反复使用，不必废弃。但药液不能浸没竹木制品时应及时添加药液，补充药液按更高的比例配制。

Its liquid nature is stable.You can use iHeir-JP repeatedly. However, when the wood products can not be submerged in solution, liquid should be added in time and supply the solution according to the higher proportion.

4. 表面涂喷光油的竹、木、藤、草及其制品，经以上处理后，在光油里添加iHeir-JP防霉抗菌剂，效果更为显著。

Spray coating with light oil on bamboo, wood, rattan, grass and other products .After the above treatment,add iHeir - JP mildew antibacterial agent  in the light oil , which can create more significant effects.

5. iHeir-JP与水的调配比例为1：20（5%），即 1 公斤的竹木防霉剂可调配 20kg 水，5 公斤竹木防霉剂可调配 100 公斤水。

The mixing ratio of the iHeir - JP and the water 1:20 (5%), that is, 1 kg of bamboo and wood mould inhibitor can allocate 20kg water, while 5 kg of iHeir-JP( Bamboo /wood Anti-mold Agent )can allocate 100 kilograms of water.

备注：

1. 如产品工艺、材质不方便浸泡加工，可用广州iHeir-PT浸泡型竹木防霉剂表面涂刷处理

If the craft and the material of the product are not convenient to soak with iHeir-JP ,we can use iHeir - JP ( Bamboo and wood mould inhibitor ) to coat its surface.

2. 表面喷油漆的，可直接在油漆中添加1%油漆防霉抗菌剂iHeir-YQ

If the surface which is just suitable to spray , we can add 1% of special mildew antibacterial paint iHeir -YQ directly to the paint.

包装储存

      广州iHeir-JP浸泡型竹木防霉剂采用25KG蓝色四方塑料桶包装，请将本产品放在阴凉干燥的地方，常温下可保存三年，且儿童不宜接触，避免接触到口、鼻、眼睛等，如接触到眼睛或口鼻，请立即用大量清水冲洗。

     iHeir - JP  uses 25 kg square blue plastic drum for packaging. Please put the product in a cool, dry place which is under a normal temperature, and keep away from children . Avoid contact with the mouth, nose, and eyes. If it contacts with the mouth, nose, and eyes, please rinse immediay with plenty of water.

注意事项：

      本产品属于环保产品,但不排除个别人会产生过敏现象,因此建议使用橡胶手套和口罩操作,若不慎皮肤与药剂接触,可使用肥皂水清洗,产品若滴入眼中,应立即使用清水冲洗,若比较严重者,建议立即就医.

       This product belongs to the environmental  product, but does not exclude individuals having allergic phenomenon, so we recommend you to use rubber gloves and masks when operating. If the skin contacts with the agent immodestly, please use soap water to clean.If the product drops into the eyes, please use water to wash immediay. If the condition is more severe , we suggest seeing a doctor immediay.
