一、产品特征

         PTFE针刺毡是一种性能更加优良的新型高温过滤材料，以99% 3D-5D PTFE卷曲纤维，通过系列无纺工艺，制成具有三维微孔结构的高密度针刺毡,然后高温定型、烧毛、压光和覆膜处理。工作环境温度250℃，瞬间温度可达300℃,*不怕酸碱、不怕氧化。 

 应用:灰尘有湿气、含酸、含碱、含氧化基团的复杂工况中除尘。如火力发电厂、垃圾焚烧发电厂、钢铁厂、沥青厂、水泥厂等腐蚀高温行业。

It is made of 99% 3d-5d PTFE crimped fiber through a series of non-woven processes, which has a three-dimensional microporous structure, and then high temperature setting, singeing, calendering and film covering.
