They perform an auto-calibration at startup to eliminate any drifting conditions. There is on-board storage as well as a USB port for recipe storage. The small, compact design occupies the very least amount of valuable bench-top surface. The installation is simple, The E-Series operates from a 208-240VAC 50/60Hz mains voltage.

High Productivity

Produces 1 to 8 glass beads or solutions per cycle (up to 48 samples per hour).

Automated Operation

Multi-lingual touchscreen controller with easy to access controls, import and export fusion method from USB or network, easy to follow fusion program execution through the instrument’s display or PC. All fusion parameters can be fully customized for optimal sample preparation.

Monitoring

Temperature monitoring of the fusion process (patent pending), real-time monitoring through the Chemplex^® data management system.

Efficiency and Repeatability

Proprietary heating chambers (patent pending) allow a high thermal efficiency and higher fusion temperatures for  difficult  samples.  Each  chamber  is  well  separated from the surroundings, allowing a perfect repeatability.

The E-Series requires only an electrical connection.

Options

The E-Series fluxer is availalbe with only 1 position but can be configured to make only glass beads (specify bead size), solutions or both.

Available bead sizes are: 31, 34, 37, 41 and 42mm top diameters.
