Safety valve / Relief valve安全阀/ 泄压阀

Relief valve is installed on the outlet pipeline of metering pump. When the system pressure becomes abnormal, relief valve protects metering pump from any damages.

安全阀：在系统、管路压力过高时，能及时起到释放压力，对泵起保护作用，并对液体回收。又作泄压阀。

常用材料:PVC, SUS304, SUS316, PTFE

常用管径:DN10, DN15, DN25, DN32, DN40

Back Pressure valve / counterbalance valve  背压阀

When medicine dosing point is lower than the outlet of metering pump, back pressure valve shall be installed at the outlet of metering pump in order to reduce siphon and excess feeding, and ensure the metering accuracy of metering pump is not affected.

在管路或是设备容器压力不稳的状态下，能保持管线所需压力，使泵能正常输出流量。另在泵的出端由于重力或其它作用常会出现虹吸现象，此时背压阀能消减由于虹吸产生的流量及压力的波动。

Check valve / Non-return valve单向阀/ 截止阀

Keeping the liquid adding by turning towards and guarantee the pipeline liquid not have the counter-flow phenomenon.

To slow down the impulse hunting of liquid medicine discharged from metering pump.

能减少95%就由计量泵运行所产生的脉动，一般安装在出口管路上并靠近计量泵。.

Diaphragm Type Pulse Damper 膜片式脉冲阻尼器

Can effectively reduce the pulsation after the pump by up to 95%, Generally, installated in export piplelines and closed to metering pump, and applied in high-risk place, inter equipped with PTFE diaphragm.

能减少95%由计量泵运行所产生的脉动，一般安装在出口管路上并靠近计量泵，应用于高危场所，内部配有四氟膜片。

Y-style Filter / Y-formal Filter / Y-Type Strainer Y-型过滤器

Installed on the inlet pipeline of metering pump, filter is used to clear impurity or large granules away from carried mediums, in order to ensure the normal operation of metering pump.

能过滤介质中的杂质，对计量泵形成保护作用，一般安装在进口管路上并靠近计量泵。

Diaphragm 膜片

1.Material: metal with PTFE, rubber with PTFE, quench with PTFE；

材质：金属＋PTFE、橡胶＋PTFE（氟橡胶）、淬火PTFE；

2.Is mainly used to metering pump conveying for all types of acidproof alkali liquor, corrosion resistance is strong.

特点： 主要是用于计量泵输送各种耐酸碱药液，耐蚀性强。
