该系列罗茨泵原可作为增压泵使用,但不能直接地把气体排到大气中去,其前级泵可用滑阀泵或旋片泵、水环泵、油环泵等真空泵。本系列罗茨泵的主要特点有:

● 泵的传动采用可靠的消结构,因此可在高压差下长期工作。
● 在各种真空炉、真空镀膜机、真空包装、真空冶炼、真空干燥、真空浸渍、航空航天、高真空模拟试验、 太阳能电池以及其他真空作业上 广泛地应用。
● 尤其在金属镁和海绵钛行业应用更为广泛。
The series ZJP Roots vacuum pump can be used as boosters combined with a backing pump such as a rotary piston or a rotary vane vacuum pump. Or a liquid ring vacuum pump. But they can not be used to exhaust gas directly to atmosphere.
The series ZJP Roots pumps are high in ultimate pressure (With a double stage rotary piston pump its backing pump. A roots pump can attain an ultimate pressure of 10-4hpa )Their inherent overflow valve play auto-protective role. Lubrication is unnecessary as there is no contact between rotors,rotor and housing. The robust drive of the pump and operating parts balanced carefully permit that the pump be stable operated continuously under the condition of high pressure differential. The series ZJP roots pump also have a feature of lower noise. It widely used for vacuum furnace, vacuum coating, vacuum packing, vacuum metallurgical, vacuum drying, aviation aerospace、high vacuum imitation experiment、solar power energy battery and other vacuum work widely used.
It widely used for Titanium Sponge Magnesium metal.
