本设备主要用于各类电力导电杆冷挤成型，设备采用伺服电机驱动，同步精度高，水平缸推板采用浮动式结构，上缸压下时，如工作台板有轻微变形，浮动推板带动冲头座可跟随台板上下浮动，避免冲头弯曲。为减少工作台板弹性变形，台板作调质处理。本机两种工作模式，上缸锁模，两水平同步挤压，或上缸挤压，水平不工作，成型后下缸顶出产品。
