1、介质流动方向应与阀体箭头方向*；

2、自力式压差控制阀应安装在回水管上，阀上接导压管，导压管的另一端与供水管连接，建议在导压管供水端安装1/2"球阀，以便启动消除堵塞功能；

3、在导压管前的供水管上应安装过滤网，避免水质太差造成该阀失去自动调节功能；

4、供水管和该阀前的回水管应分别装设压力表，便于调节控制压差;

5、如发现该系统流量过大或过小，可能的原因是管道元件安装时的杂物卡阻在阀塞上，可将1/2"球阀关闭3—5分钟，这时如果是较轻堵塞，即可自动消除，如还不能消除，则要拆开阀门检查消除堵塞物；

6、控制压差调节方法：逆时针方向调节调压阀杆，观察压差。
